Making a Difference
SUMMER CAMP
Summer camp is a collaborative effort with one goal in mind; to provide the most impactful experience possible to every camper. You can be a part of a team that inspires, challenges, and transforms children while you serve.
Our kitchen operates with a team of volunteers under the leadership of a Truett staff member. We can take 6-12 volunteers per week, a great option for a church. Accommodations are provided if needed.
This is a huge help in managing costs, which allows us to reach even more youth. Each summer dozens of campers come to faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Caring for children
MEDICAL VOLUNTEER
Our Medical Volunteers are a crucial part of our team. They provide First-Aid, distribute medication, and evaluate if any injuries/illnesses need care off-site. In exchange, you get free housing on camp, meals, and time to relax and enjoy summer camp! In addition, you may be eligible for a close family member to attend camp. We need at least one medical volunteer from mid-June through the first week of August. Spots fill up quickly, so contact us today!
Make it Beautiful
GROUNDS
The first impression of every camper and parent is of our grounds. You can help impress every guest who steps on our property while keeping the spaces functional for activities.
Provide Quality Meals
FOOD SERVICE
As part of our kitchen crew, you can eat dessert whenever you want! Oh, and you’ll get to interact with the kids in the dining hall while ensuring they receive quality food. We have a great sense of camaraderie among a phenomenal group of existing volunteers. In addition to summer teams, we have opportunities year-round to assist in the kitchen, particularly over weekends.
BUILD IT UP
Construction
Camp never runs out of projects and improvements that can be done on the property. God has gifted us with a wonderful venue to conduct camp, and we want to maximize its efforts by being good stewards of the property. Help us improve it so that we can provide better quality accommodations and programs for even more guests.
Help Guests Feel at Home
HOSPITALITY
Clean and attractive spaces allow our guests to Revive, Refresh, and Renew. Our cleaning teams go the extra mile to help people feel like camp is their home away from home.
Our Summer Kitchen Team Volunteers may be eligible for 50% off sending a relative to camp. Let us know below about you and when you want to serve.
