RISE Leadership Program
Our RISE Leadership Program is an eleven-month fellowship and employment opportunity. Gain valuable job, ministry, and life experience as you prepare for where God will call you to serve Him next! At Truett, you will be placed in a very important role as you help the camp continue to grow its ministry.
RISE to the Occasion with Truett through the opportunities we offer. You will receive hands-on training, discipleship, and can enroll in courses offered by accredited Christian colleges (both undergraduate and graduate level). We have a lot of tools to offer you on your way to self-improvement and a brighter future!
Applicants will have housing provided, a salary, and more! We ask that all applicants be at least 18 years of age. We prefer applicants to have completed some college and/or camp experience but it is not required.

The typical timeframe is mid-September to mid-August, though openings may occur at any time of the year. Positions are limited and highly competitive! We encourage you to apply as much as a year in advance.
