Hospitality Coordinator
Truett Conference Center & Camp is looking for a responsible and energetic individual to join our team! This role fulfills the needs of our Dining Hall and Housekeeping. Prior experience in food service is preferred. Must be legally eligible for employment in the US. This is considered a full time position with benefits. We are also open to volunteers year round! We have the greatest need for volunteers during the summer in these roles: Food Service, Housekeeping, Camp Nurse, Maintenance & Grounds, and Projects.
RISE Leaders
At Truett Conference Center & Camp, we know how transformative a single weekend at camp can be. We have an opportunity for young adults to spend eleven months with us through our RISE Leadership program. This is a paid position with housing that focuses on discipleship, service, and training. This is ideal for anyone interested in working at camp full-time or unsure of the direction God is calling them in life.

Seasonal
Camp Counselor
Grow as a person, employee, and a Christian while making the difference in the lives of today’s youth. You’ll make new friends and great memories. This job is ideal for those 18 and up ready for adventure and living out their faith.
We are open to all applications, but also have roles for people on our worship team, lifeguard, and recreation leaders.
Counselor in Training (CIT)
Come enjoy an entire summer of camp, at no cost to you! This volunteer position is open to ages 15-18. It’s an incredibly well-rounded experience that will introduce you to a great work environment and deeper faith in Jesus Christ.
The role is different, but the application is the same as our camp counselor position.
Who We’re Looking For
1. Passionate for the Lord and in agreement with our core beliefs as found in the Baptist Faith & Message (link below).
2. An ability to serve others in a joyful manner that brings glory to God while using their spiritual gifts with zeal.
3. Like-minded applicants that enjoy time in God’s Creation. The majority of camp’s greatest moments happen outdoors, which is why we spend most of it outside!
4. Camp changes lives. That applies not only to campers, but also to employees. Embrace the opportunity to use camp to become a person more equipped to help build the Kingdom of God.
